How do you set your team up to move fast without sacrificing quality? NYU shared the story of their implementation and several deliberate structural choices, from how they made decisions to how they built internal expertise and brought others along. Attendees heard the reasoning behind their approach, what it took to build systems that scaled across their schools, and saw that a fast, high-quality launch is within reach for any team.

Graduation clearance is often treated as a term-end fire drill. Columbia and UW-Milwaukee rebuilt the process from the ground up to make it something staff could rely on instead of scramble through. They walked through the decisions that shaped their approach and how they tested before rolling it out to their teams, leaving attendees with practical steps for testing and launching grad clearance workflows on their own campuses.

AI creates an opportunity to rethink work that campuses have accepted for decades. This panel explored where institutional leaders see real opportunities for AI, what they're choosing to rethink first, and where they're moving more cautiously, with fresh perspectives for attendees to bring back to their teams.

Schools at a similar point in their tenure with Stellic, from first-year partners to those several years in, grouped up to compare approaches and talk through the decisions ahead.

University of Delaware and Texas Christian University have both built their advising model around Care for the last few years. They shared the strategy behind that transition: how to avoid just recreating your old system, how to start small and scale, and how to design adoption so it actually sticks, along with a framework attendees can apply no matter where their advising model stands today.

Go-live is a milestone, not the destination. Indiana University shared how they continued evolving their use of Stellic through three lenses: enrollment management, advising, and IT, along with practical strategies for turning a successful implementation into long-term institutional impact.
